Vocational degree courses aim to train up the kind of highly specialised professionals that the employment market and businesses are looking for.
These courses are designed with the professional sphere in mind, and offer a new opportunity to students completing high school. They are particularly suitable for students who have studied at technical and professional institutes. 
The courses last 3 years (the same as a Bachelor’s degree). Completing these courses does not, however, entitle students to automatically enrol in a Second Cycle degree (should they wish to continue, students will need to sit additional exams).
