Internships - Governance of the Public Administration

The internship is an optional activity included in the second year of the degree programme and involves the acquisition of 3 ECTS credits (CFU). It lasts for 90 hours, which may be extended, subject to agreement with the university tutor, to meet the requirements relating to the placement. Any extension of the mandatory placement is recognised – unless it is a project-based placement – at the rate of 1 additional credit for every 30 hours completed in excess of the minimum of 90 hours required and up to a maximum of 3 credits.

The internship for the third year (the optional activity entails earning 3 ECTS credits - CFU) can be activated after November 15.

The traineeship is not tied to a semester and may be combined with the final examination (project work): to earn the 3 ECTS credits (CFU) you must complete 180 hours over a period of 3 months.

Please note that it is not possible to undertake an internship in companies or professional firms managed or controlled by relatives or relatives in law of the student.
