Career

The PhD Programme aims to train professionals capable of independently developing innovative research paths in legal sciences, both in private and public law.

The skills acquired can be applied not only in research (at universities or other study and research institutions), but also in public administration, for positions requiring advanced analytical skills in decision-making processes and the development of technical and legal responses. Furthermore, in the private sector (profit and non-profit), for roles requiring the specialized skills and insights necessary to design and oversee organizational models aimed at providing an adequate legal framework for technological innovations and the development of production and work systems, and for innovation to be implemented while considering the risks it may pose to individuals and the environment.
