The final examination involves the presentation of a written paper, to which is added an oral exposition of the resolution of a problem tackled during the internship activities, demonstrating the student's ability to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the course of study. Admission to the final examination requires the acquisition of all the credits envisaged by the didactic regulations, with the exclusion of those that can be acquired through the examination itself.
It is also possible to conduct the thesis abroad, with a supervisor from the University of Brescia.

THESIS ABROAD
The University of Brescia offers students enrolled in the last year of a master's or bachelor's degree program the opportunity to develop their degree thesis / final report at a university of their choice across the world.
THESIS IN THE COMPANY
In the case where the student has carried out internship activities, the final test may concern the activity carried out and the results obtained at the structure (public or private company, research centers or university laboratories, institutions, professional orders) that hosted him/her.
The “intern” student will be able to continue his or her work as a “thesis student” by doing the thesis in the company with a supervisor from the University of Brescia.
