Exercise and Sport Sciences
- Promotes the development of skills for sports and exercise in public and private centres aimed at the development, maintenance, strengthening and recovery of motor abilities and the associated psychophysical well-being.
- The study path features solid functional training for a range of professional openings in the educational sphere, primary and secondary prevention, sport animation, fitness, the methods and teaching of sports and the management of leisure-sports centres.

Study Plan
The three-year First Cycle degree course sets out the acquisition of 180 university credits overall divided into basic, distinguishing, similar, supplementary and the student’s choice of training work in addition to the internship and the work for the preparation of the final exam.
The teaching courses, integrated or single subject, include classroom lessons, practical lessons in gyms and sports centres and other supplementary teaching work.
