The Single Cycle Master’s degree in Law offers a solid juridical culture permeated with knowledge of national and supranational legal frameworks and has a strong vocation for the training of ‘European jurists’. The course uses various methodological approaches and valorises practical training through work experience or advanced internship, giving access to traditional legal professions, the judiciary, the notarial profession and all the other professions requiring proven legal knowledge.

Degree programme committees

The Programme Board (CCS) for Law is the collegiate body responsible for management of the Single Cycle Master’s degree in Law. The CCS consists of all the official professors of subjects pertinent to the course concerned, including researchers who teach by assignment or as substitutes and temporary lecturers, and also student representatives who account for a minimum of 15% of the members of the Board (Art. 26 of the Statute).

The Chairperson of the CCS in Law is Prof. Paola Lombardi, a full professor of the academic fields and disciplines (SSD - settori scientifici-disciplinari)    IUS/10, Administrative Law.

The teaching regulations specify the organisational aspects of the course, in accordance with the corresponding system, respecting freedom of teaching and the rights-duties of professors/lecturers and students.
