Law and Innovation
The project for a course on ‘Law and Innovation’ arose from the need to outline a legal expert who rather than practising the traditional legal professions (lawyer, judiciary and Notary) prefers to serve the productive world (companies, the Third Sector and Public Administration) grafting further knowledge and skills required by the unexpected technological, environmental and organisational changes to a purely juridical training.
