UNITA - EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY
In the context of the Erasmus+ mobility programme, the European Universities project - Key Action 2 'Alliances for Knowledge' aims to stimulate a new dimension of international cooperation on a systematic, structural and sustainable basis.
OUTGOING STUDENTS
The University of Brescia offers enrolled students numerous opportunities for international mobility.
In addition to the Erasmus+ Programme, which allows students to spend a period in Europe for study or training, it is also possible to carry out research abroad for a thesis, obtain a double degree or participate in other international programmes.
Below are the procedures for the recognition of activities carried out abroad for each Erasmus programme.
Erasmus + for Study allows the student to attend classes, take exams and do traineeships at a foreign university.
Before leaving
The student must fill in his/her Learning Agreement with the subjects he/she intends to study during the International Mobility period.
For this purpose, the student must open a ticket by selecting the categories ‘Studiare’ and ‘Esami di profitto’ and request access to the Comunità Didattica 'Erasmus Medicina'.
Here, the student will have to upload the syllabuses of the disciplines of interest of the destination university and wait for a reply from the lecturer.
Once an affirmative answer has been received, the student will be able to include the subjects approved by the lecturers in his/her Learning Agreement and submit it for signature by the Head of Internationalisation of the Medical Area.
After Mobility
For the Erasmus + Study programme will be recognised:
- class attendance
- validation of traineeships planned at the same time as the mobility period.

Below are the tables to be used to convert foreign votes.
Everything in the Transcript of Records will be included in the validation, as these grades have already been accepted at the foreign university.
